self-care series: GRATITUDE

Why is Self-Care Important?

Making time for yourself is critically important to your well-being and happiness. It can allow your mind to recharge, improve your concentration, help you be more present in your relationships, and make you more productive.

It's easy to understand the benefits of self-care, but how do you make time for it? Finding time for ourselves can be especially difficult in our fast-paced lives, endless commitments to our work and families, along with living in a technological world where we're always supposed to be on and accessible!

Through our 12-week Self-Care Series we will help you develop the skills to prioritize your needs so you can live a healthy life, inside & out. We welcome you to join us for the entire 12-week free series or you can join the topics that interest you most.

Note: Personalized therapy is best offered through a direct therapist-client session.

In the "Sleep" workshop you'll learn more about how a good night's sleep can positivity impact your mental wellness.

  • Learn tips to relax your mind in the evening to encourage better sleep.
  • Cultivate good morning habits to increase your wellness.

  • Live, interactive workshop along with Q & A discussion led by a Bayridge therapist.

“Sleep is the golden chain that ties health and our bodies together.” — Thomas Dekker
