• You must register as a member by providing your legal name, password, and valid email address. You must provide complete accurate information to us. If your information changes you must update it immediately by contacting us.

• Abuse, hostility, and/or malicious behaviour to others on the platform and/or the clinicians will not be tolerated. It will result in immediate termination without fee compensation and may also result in criminal charges.

• Groups and courses involve discussions of personal, private, and sensitive information. Should others in your proximity be privy to this information it could potentially result in harmful consequences. You understand and acknowledge that it is your responsibility to find a location to carry out your time on the platform that is private, quiet, free from interruptions, and safe from people that could overhear.

• You agree not to use any recording device or software.

• Human Strong, a division of Simply Human Inc. does not guarantee that services on the platform are covered by any extended health insurance.

• You must acknowledge and adhere to the confidentiality policies in place; as the platform includes groups and workshops with other individuals.

By joining the Human Strong platform, workshops, groups, courses or programs you are agreeing to follow and accept the terms and conditions of Simply Human Inc. and their Divisions.
