Self care and Grounding techniques to calm stress and anxiety.

Human Strong is a Bayridge Circle of Care Company

self-care series

How can this workshop help?

During the pandemic, many individuals were asked to modify the way they performed their jobs, students had to adapt to new learning styles, families had no time or space for self-care. Yet, we were all asked to maintain the same expectations or in many cases achieve higher performance results- while meeting these goals with the new learning curves, implementation of strict safety measures and in some circumstances, with a hybrid way of completing these tasks.
Note: Personalized therapy is best offered through a direct therapist-client session.

In this workshop, we will discuss:

  • Mental Health 101
  • Mental Health vs a Pandemic
  • Let's Talk Feelings
  • Recognizing Burnout
  • Setting Boundaries
  • Self care and Grounding techniques to calm stress and anxiety.

"When we fail to set boundaries and hold people accountable, we feel used and mistreated." – Brene Brown
