How this Works
What you will be given
You will be provided with your personal ‘Play Book’ and your ‘Resiliency Tracker’ which have everything you need to organize and become centered. It is your GPS for your 30-day experiential journey.
What you will experience
Every day, Monday through Friday, you will be sent a short ‘Master Class’ training video. Over the next 30 days you will be invited to lean into your physical, cognitive, emotional, relational, and spiritual health.
Every day you will be given a ‘Daily Challenge’ to ignite your brain’s ‘Locus of Control’ and kickstart you towards intentional living.
Mindful Eating and Self-Care
Every day you will be challenged towards ‘Mindful Eating’ and ‘Mindful Exercise’. (Do not be intimidated or frightened that you might not be good enough to do this. This is not a competition because you set your own goals.) For many I encourage you to listen to your heart and ignore your pride and ego! You’ve got this!
Every week we will meet online in the evening for our one-hour ‘Huddle’! Through engagement we process our touchdowns and fumbles and learn from each other as we pursue a better self. This is the most important work of the week and the most rewarding.

Your Travel Buddy
Experience a journey within the journey as you are paired with a travel buddy. They will be your greatest cheerleader and peer coach.
A sorrow shared is a sorrow halved. A joy shared is a joy doubled.
All you need is the desire and courage to take the first step, and then we will be walking right beside you every single day.
